BashFashion is a UK-based, online-only retailer selling technology, home, sports, beauty and everyday essentials. This page explains how we process orders, fulfil deliveries and handle returns.
Orders & Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days. Cut-off is 3:00 PM (London time), Monday to Sunday. Public holidays excluded.
Shipping
We ship from logistics centres in China, Hong Kong, the EU, and the US. The origin for each product is on its product page. Most deliveries take 5–15 business days from dispatch. Faster regional estimates may apply to eligible EU and US warehouse products, as shown on the product page or at checkout. Returns
30-day change-of-mind returns. 6-month manufacturing fault guarantee. Full details in our Refund Policy.
